- Ogre now records revenue by Rental object when the original Rental object on a Rental order is permanently swapped for another Rental object. Invoice calculations and postings are broken down at Rental object level.
- Excess usage (mileage) charges are calculated and billed on the final invoice of the contract with Ogre keeping a track of mileage revenue generated by Rental object.
- A function to import CAP details and valuations using the latest release files from CAP to ensure Ogre always has the latest CAP data.
- CAP data can be set up on a released product variant; when procuring a new Rental object user can search product variant by CAP and based on selection, the CAP data pulls through to the new object.
- Ogre displays CAP values against Rental object based on object age and current mileage.
- Disposal status added to Rental object form; status updates as object moves through the de-fleet process.
- New batch job to automatically update the status of Rental objects and the Rental orders based on order start and end dates.
- Ability to set up sales channels and sub channels which can be attached to rental object as a guide for sales team to target a specific channel such as retail, trade, auction or online.
- Rental object disposal framework added . The rental object sales form allows user to record quotes and order confirmations, view Rental object usage history and Fixed asset transactions. Upon invoicing, the fixed asset is disposed of and financials updated.
- The location of a rental object, together with a free text notes field is now available on the Rental object form and relating fixed asset record.
- Customer dimension added to the Tariff and pricing table, which allows rental company to set up prices for specific customers or customer group within a single tariff.
- Line numbers have been re-introduced to the Rental order form allowing better visibility of multi-line orders.
- Start and end dates are now visible on the All rental orders list page to give better visibility of important order dates.
- CAP data now fully integrated with the master fleet templates which allows fleet managers to create new models and variants based on CAP data.
- Ogre Transfer order functionality added to record movement of Rental objects between locations, internally and between customer sites.
- New Transfer order list page to help keep track of any Rental object movements.
- Rental order types introduced to manage workflow and business rules by order type.
- Maintenance events added with easy to manage schedules for Rental object planned maintenance.
- Rental order initial confirmation and subsequent versions are now stamped with user details and date/time when each confirmation is posted.
- New user interface for rental invoice proposal with sections for total invoice charge split by rental orders as well as the rental fee, excess mileage and one off charges.
- Ogre rental invoice proposal list page added to view all invoice proposals and perform simple and advanced search.
- Multiple visual improvements made on the Rental object sales order form to provide a more compelling user experience.
Bug fixes:
- An issue with saving of attributes against released product variants has been resolved.
- The batch job to update rental order status automatically has been improved to update order header and not just lines.
